Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

Unused and in original, undamaged packaging
Damaged or defective on arrival
Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or quantity received)

Non-Returnable Items

Installed, used, or tampered safety equipment
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
Custom or special-order products
Consumables, single-use items, and personal protective equipment that has been worn

How to Initiate a Return

Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos of the item if damaged or defective

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, in which case we arrange and bear the cost of pickup.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before shipping the item back.
